Two posts in one day! But I'm bored, so whatever.
So, I took the Five Factor Personality Test. Amazingly, for an internet quiz/test, it was pretty accurate:
***Your Five Factor Personality Profile***
Extroversion:
You have medium extroversion.
You're not the life of the party, but you do show up for the party.
Sometimes you are full of energy and open to new social experiences.
But you also need to hibernate and enjoy your "down time."
Conscientiousness:
You have medium conscientiousness.
You're generally good at balancing work and play.
When you need to buckle down, you can usually get tasks done.
But you've been known to goof off when you know you can get away with it.
Agreeableness:
You have low agreeableness.
Your self interest comes first, and others come later, if at all.
In general, you feel that people are not to be trusted.
And you're skeptical that anyone else really feels differently.
Neuroticism:
You have medium neuroticism.
You're generally cool and collected, but sometimes you do panic.
Little worries or problems can consume you, draining your energy.
Your life is pretty smooth, but there's a few emotional bumps you'd like to get rid of.
Openness to experience:
Your openness to new experiences is high.
In life, you tend to be an early adopter of all new things and ideas.
You'll try almost anything interesting, and you're constantly pushing your own limits.
A great connoisseir of art and beauty, you can find the positive side of almost anything.
Most of it was true. Especially Extroversion. Hint, peoples: If I'm on MSN, I'm happy to talk. If I'm not on MSN, DON'T TRY TO TALK TO ME! I'm surrounding myself in solitude. And no, that doesn't mean I've disappeared off the face of the earth.
On to other matters, I've decided working on the 24th of December is fun. Not only was *everyone* from the store working, but there was hardly any customers. I got paid for 4 hours work when, in reality, the most productive thing I did was take down tinsel. Which I highly enjoyed, as I was discussing with my supervisor how commercial Christmas is. Fun times had by all.
Over and out. Probably more to come in a few days, once the family commitments pass.

So, Consumeristmas is tomorrow. A time for buying and recieveing presents, racing around shopping centres and forgetting the real reason for this holiday: to celebrate the birth of Christ (also Kong's birthday, but he's not Jesus, just a panda). However, it has made for some fun times at work, as almost every employee has been rostered on to work, even though there really isn't that much more to do. I've lost count of how many times I've said "Have a Merry Christmas!", and I'm sure that I'm soon going to slip and say "Enjoy your Consumeristmas. How much money have you spent already?". Seriously, some people have spent more than $200 on food alone. Pure insanity, I say.
I went to see Casino Royale the other day. The new James Bond was good, I thought, even though the movie did drag on for quite a while (just as I thought the movie was about to finish, "oh noes!", another villain, another chase). I'm tempted to rent out the original version now, to compare the two. And the chick was hot, with an awesome attitude (sarcasm is the bestest).
Can't really think of anything else to say, except: Peoples, go on MSN, dammit! I need to discuss plans for the holidays, but can't, because you're never on! Christiaan, I'm looking at you! (I'd suggest you feign death now or suffer my wrath). Seriously, if you do read this at all, or anyone else who has signs that he is still alive, let him know that I'm free on New Year's, and able to get absolutely comatose.
Lastly, hooray for the smoke clearing. It's been a week that's made me even more reluctant to go outside, considering it was impossible to see more than 50 metres. Let's hope it stays cloudly and raining, because that's the way (uh huh, uh huh) I like it.
And no, Luke, I don't know what to get your Dad for Christmas. Just get him a gift voucher for Southland, like I normally do when I can't think of something (why buy something they'll hate, when they can go out and buy something they want).

Ok, so, I've almost finished Kingdom Hearts II already. Pretty disappointing. Alot of the game seems like it was only included to further the storyline (there's more cutscenes than anything else).
Apart from that, not much to report. Now that I have the money I was going to order a laptop over the internet, only to discover that the site only delivers to the US. Now I have to hunt around for a decent one. *sigh*
If anyone has a some (by some, I mean alot of) time to kill, visit this place. It's a series of computer knowledge based puzzles. See if you can be like the 143 other people, out of 10 million who have visited the site, and solve the final puzzle.

So, I got my VCE results back today (well, if you want to get technical, I had to go and look them up, so they didn't really "come back"). 39 raw score for French, which gets scaled to about 48 out of 50. Damn happy with that. Theatre Studies didn't go so well, a 32 raw. I'm not sre about the scaling of that, but I think it goes up only a few marks. Meh, I was kind of expecting it anyway, considering I liked the subject but didn't put much work in.
In other news, here's some links. A cookie if you guess the references:
http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=216
http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=194 (this one appeals to me because, on my first playthrough of KH2, I realised that Atlantica is in fact like what is depicted. It seems that of late Square-Enix are trying to stuff as many mini-games into their releases as possible. I mean, half of KH2 is mini-games, FF7 had its share, and FFX-2 was a complete waste of time. Gambling and dress-up dolls. Yay!)
Lastly is this one: http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=204 It's funny because, well, that's how the fanboys reacted...

So, how about that killer 37C heat and bushfire smoke. Thank god I was inside all day... working......
School is over, holidays have started, yet it seems no rest for the wicked, as my parents have been screaming at me all weekend over the most trivial of things. Fun fun fun. All I can say is thank god I'm going away for the week of New Year's.
I was alerted to the presence of Uncyclopedia yesterday. It's like Wikipedia, if Wikipedia had every article deleted and replaced with stupidity. Good for a laugh, not recommended when researching projects.
Apart from that, not much to report. And Matt, you will never be my best friend as long as you have blue eyes, blonde hair, can speak German yet refuse to support the Neo-Nazi cause. Do it, you know you want to.
Given that it's holidays, expect to find a big list of webcomics, strange links and songs coming up, which I find during my boredom.
A bientot, mes amis.
PS: The black background has nothing to do with emos. I find it easier to read than stark white with text.

I got asked yesterday where my MSN display name comes from, and what it means, so I thought I'd elaborate. The name is taken from the song Zerstören by the German metal band Rammstein. It also happens to be one of my favourtie songs. You can find the link here. Although the lyrics of Rammstein are strange, the music is good, in my opinion. I've even managed to pick up a few words of German
As pointed out by my dearest friend Nick, AKA Panda, this first few posts of this blog have sounded rather emo. I have decided to resolve that issue starting tomorrow, cause I really can't be bothered at the moment due to today being my last day of school for the year(that, and I'm eager to play Kingdom Hearts II, which I borrowed yesterday)...
Ciao till then.

The last one is stolen from TShirt Hell, but whatever. I want the second one printed on a T-Shirt to wear.
